This is pretty straight forward.
Hopefully These Instructions will work for you
Each number corresponds with the instructions I will give.
As demonstrated in the picture below.

1. Browse For File: When you click on it another window will appear that is your computer *just to let you know we can’t see what’s in your computer it’s just a way for you to browse for a photo or whatever it is you want to upload* Now browse through the directory where the file is that you want to share.

2. Choose Image: Once you see the image you want you can double click on it then the image should upload and then you can do 1 or 2 things.
1. Hit Save by look at the image in the box below that of what the image is so you can see how it appears.
2. Click on the Instructions on how to Crop the picture.

  Click On Image To Open In New Window And Full Size.
